Our dedication to security has paid off. In the past year, we are proud to report zero security breaches for customers in our Complete Cloud service. This is a testament to our relentless focus on securing our clients’ data and ensuring peace of mind. Our flagship product, Complete Cloud, remains the cornerstone of our services. A staggering 95% of our customers trust this product, and for good reason. It provides a secure environment where our customers can thrive, with zero reported security breaches reported last year. While we are immensely proud of this statistic, we always encourage additional security measures to ensure the utmost protection.
New offerings for Retrac customers
Meraki Network Upgrade
We understand that staying current with technology is essential. That’s why we encouraged and assisted our customers in migrating to the Meraki network solution. The results speak for themselves: a significant percentage of our clients have made the transition, benefiting from a reliable network with regular and timely updates.
Value-Add Services
In our pursuit of enhancing our customers’ environments, we introduced several value-added services, including MyGlue and automated patching. These services have not only improved security but also boosted productivity, ensuring our clients’ success. We also added another layer of security for our team to access customers Microsoft tenants with Just in time (JIT) access and privileged access management via TechID manager. This essentially means we have boosted security to admin accounts. Finally, we have added free shared mailbox backups for all customers after they renew in 2024, ensuring no loss of email information.
